Coaches will push (some harder than others!) all players into bringing their best. It’s a tough hour but a really rewarding one and no one ever regrets turning up afterwards!
Lots of fitness equipment from battle ropes, sprint parachutes and ply boxes! We’ve got it!
Dates:
We are running a 5-week programme commencing Monday 23rd of January 2026 and finishing on Sunday 29th of March 2026.
