Weekly sessions on a Friday (9.30am) and Saturday (9am) that are bookable on a pay and play basis.

Perfect for burning calories and hitting loads of balls!

Coaches will push (some harder than others!) all players into bringing their best. It’s a tough hour but a really rewarding one and no one ever regrets turning up afterwards!

Lots of fitness equipment from battle ropes, sprint parachutes and ply boxes! We’ve got it!

We are running a 6-week programme. Summer Term 2026 Dates

Starts: Monday 13th April

Half Term: Monday 25th May - 29th May
